TERMS OF SERVICE

01) GENERAL

The site is managed by "No KYC Corp., a company duly registered in Malta, bearing company registration number C 125664." Users must read and agree to all terms before accessing services. The platform defines customers as individuals using the site or its services. By accessing NOTOKYC, users consent to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any supplementary terms for specific applications or surveys.

Users who don't fully understand the agreement should not register. Those unwilling to comply should refrain from using the platform.

02) DEFINITIONS

Personal Data: Information associated with a specific individual enabling identification.

Site/Platform: NoToKYC.com including sub-links and mobile versions.

Your Account: Your personal registered account on the Site.

03) SERVICES AVAILABLE ON THE PLATFORM

Services encompass all features, options, and functionality offered by the Company, including online applications, reward affiliates, surveys, and other offerings—whether through the site or otherwise. "All customers of NO KYC Corp. shall be bound by these Terms" regardless of access method.

04) CREATING AN ACCOUNT

Registration requires choosing a display name, providing an email address, and setting a password with at least six characters. Users must maintain accurate information and warrant they:

  • Have read and agree with the Terms
  • Are of legal age in their jurisdiction
  • Can enter binding contracts
  • Aren't prohibited by law from registering
  • Haven't had a permanently closed NoToKYC account
  • Provided complete, accurate information
  • Haven't been instructed by authorities to refrain from participation
  • Are opening accounts solely for personal use

The Company may refuse registration without prior notice or explanation if false information is provided, registration seems inappropriate, terms aren't followed, or regulatory authorities instruct otherwise.

05) VERIFICATION CHECKS AND PLAYER INFORMATION

Users agree to promptly provide required registration information. The Company reserves the right to "request proof of age documentation, as well as evidence to verify your identity" and conduct verification checks. Accounts may be temporarily suspended until documents arrive or permanently closed if verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

Before reward redemption, "we also reserve the right to verify your identity" through passport, driver's license, state ID, or mobile verification via third-party services.

06) AFFILIATE REWARDS

The Company offers rewards for interaction with online applications, surveys, offers, and other qualifying activities. "Rewards are digital and will be delivered electronically to the email address associated with your account."

Critically, "Rewards can never be exchanged for monetary cash." Instead, they're redeemable for gift cards, PayPal Credit, cryptocurrency, or other methods the Company determines.

Users only receive rewards for completing and sharing affiliate links. "Rewards shall only be due to you once all applicable requirements are met," which NoToKYC determines at its discretion without justification.

Before participating, users should review specific terms for each application or survey. The Company may change reward amounts, eligibility, or frequency with immediate effect and no advance notice.

Earning rewards grants no equity, ownership, or profit-sharing interest in the Company. "By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you are hereby agreeing that we will not be able to recover any unused Rewards for you, for any reason whatsoever."

Incorrectly awarded rewards due to human error, bugs, or software defects are considered void. Users are prohibited from exploiting site errors, and the Company may cancel related progress without notice.

07) REDEEMING YOUR REWARDS

Users can view earned rewards at https://notokyc.com/profile.

"All Rewards must be redeemed within a period of ninety (90) days, from the reward date." Unredeemed rewards may be cancelled without notice or liability.

Rewards are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If a specific reward is unavailable, "NoToKYC may, at its sole and absolute discretion, provide you with a reward that is similar to that which was originally earned."

Rewards cannot be returned or exchanged unless the Company agrees in writing.

08) LEADERBOARD

The site includes a leaderboard where users track progress and compare performance. Higher earned points result in higher leaderboard positions. Specific rewards, offers, and promotional items may be available to top leaderboard users.

09) TAXATION OF EARNINGS

Users bear sole responsibility for determining whether rewards are taxable in their country. "You hereby agree that NoToKYC shall bear no responsibility whatsoever when it comes to the payment of taxes due on any earnings."

Users should seek expert advice regarding tax considerations and liabilities associated with NOTOKYC earnings.

10) PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

The Company values privacy and requests only necessary information. It commits to ensuring directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates maintain confidentiality of non-public proprietary documents and information obtained through the relationship, except as required by law.
