Betpanda anchors its promo calendar on a single headline package — 100% up to 1 BTC + 10% weekly cashback — backed by free bets on the sportsbook. A casino reload offer is unconfirmed (see the reload section). The welcome match is the loudest banner, but the weekly cashback is where volume players actually earn their keep — it is credited as real cash with no wagering requirement, which materially improves the effective house edge over a full month of play.

Deposit any amount from the €10 minimum up to the equivalent of 1 BTC and Betpanda will match it 100%; according to the operator help centre, the bonus is awarded as cash once you have completed the wagering. It is for new players only. Separately, a permanent 10% weekly cashback on net casino losses is paid as real withdrawable cash every Wednesday at 13:00 UTC once your account reaches 12,500 XP. We could not confirm that offer or any reload terms, so we no longer state them. What we checked on 9 October 2026: all 36 articles of the operator help centre (betpanda.kb.help, 45 pages in its sitemap), and none describes a reload; the operator's promotions page was not checked here. We have found no operator terms for how a reload and the weekly cashback combine, so treat any plan that stacks them as unconfirmed until you have read both offers on the promotions page.

Sportsbook losses do not count towards it.

The cashback itself is credited as real money with no wagering requirement, and it counts only real-money losses: losses made with bonus funds are excluded (operator help centre, checked 9 Oct 2026). We have not checked how it sits alongside any reload offer, so read each offer's terms on the promotions page before you plan around using them together.

The operator help centre documents two free-bet offers for the sportsbook. A Sports Free Bet works only on sports, cannot be withdrawn, needs odds between 1.30 and 9.99 and typically expires 7 days after it is credited. The Monday Free Bet is credited by 13:00 UTC every Monday, based on your net real-money sportsbook losses the week before: €400 in net losses earns a €20 free bet, €5,000 earns €500. None of the five articles in the Promotion and Rewards section of the help centre describes a separate sportsbook welcome offer, and none says how a Sports Free Bet is earned.

Free bets are for sports only and cannot be withdrawn, so they do not replace the 1 BTC casino match, which is a separate offer for casino play (sports betting counts for 0% of its wagering). If you are mainly a punter, check the current sportsbook promotions on the site before you deposit.

The Betpanda lobby is organised into five top-level categories — Slots, Live Casino, Table Games, Crash & Instant Win, and Sportsbook — with provider filters, popularity sorting, and a dedicated "New Releases" rail that surfaces recent launches within 48 hours of going live on the aggregator feeds.

The notes below come from those articles, read on 9 October 2026. They were last updated by the operator in May and June 2025. We have not checked the sports list, the live odds or the market depth.

• Cash out. It lets you “secure a profit or limit a loss before the event concludes”. Offers follow current market prices, and My Bets in the sportsbook highlights the bets that qualify. An offer is not guaranteed: if prices jump, the attempt may fail and you get a new offer. Free bets cannot be cashed out, and some markets, such as football handicaps, do not offer it.
• Settlement. Bets settle after the event ends and the official result is announced. Betpanda says that is “usually within a few minutes, and no later than an hour in most cases”. If a bet hangs, send support the Bet ID, shown at the bottom of each bet in My Bets.
• Odds. You can switch between fractional and decimal under “Odds Display”, just above the footer of the main page.
• Combos. You will see “Some of your selections cannot be combined” when a pick is single-only, when the markets do not allow it, or when two picks are related, for example a player to reach a final and to win it. Remove the highlighted picks to continue.
• No take-backs. “Once a Bet is accepted by the Sportsbook, it cannot be reversed.” You cannot cancel or amend a bet.

Two free-bet offers sit in the help centre’s Promotion and Rewards section. The weekly cashback is paid as real money with no wagering requirement, which is valuable for anyone who plays casino games more than once a week, and the sportsbook is a section of the same site, with cash out, free bets and live betting.

It is less compelling if you are purely a slots tourist chasing the absolute largest welcome number — some newer Tobique and Anjouan operators go bigger — or if you want a fiat card deposit path. Everyone else should find Betpanda a comfortable home.
