2UP gets the basics of a no-KYC crypto casino right, and most of the strengths are checkable on its own pages.

• No ID step in normal use. You sign up with an email, and across all 32 Trustpilot reviews, the Bitcointalk threads and AskGamblers we found no routine-user report of an ID request at an ordinary withdrawal (read 2026-10-03).
• A long, named coin list. The operator lists 15 coins, from BTC, ETH and USDT to TON, AVAX, POL and PEPE, and its promotions page says only gas fees apply, though the VIP page's free withdrawals from Gold VIP up imply a fee below that tier.
• A big lobby with real providers. 2UP states 7,300+ games from 60+ studios, including Evolution, NetEnt and Play'n GO, plus six provably fair Originals.
• Bonus terms you can actually read. The first-deposit article spells out the formula, the max bet and the cashout cap, with a worked example.
• A licence you can check. The Anjouan registry record for ALSI-042308001-FI1 read VALID on 2026-10-03.

2UP's weak spots are the bonus mechanics, a patchy complaint record and some gaps in what it publishes.

• The welcome bonus is manual. You need an invite code or promo link, then you message live chat and reply "Yes, I accept." before it switches on; 35x on deposit plus bonus and a 3x-deposit cashout cap follow.
• A split reputation. Trustpilot showed a 3.0 TrustScore from 32 reviews on 2026-10-03, with 56% one-star ratings citing voided "minor league" sports bets and account closures after big wins.
• Two different restricted lists. The ToS and the licence register name different countries, and the operator's own SEO copy talks up VPN access, which the ToS does not allow.
• Missing cashier detail. No general minimums or fee table is published, fiat deposits run through third-party providers that may ask for their own KYC, and the homepage withdrawal-speed widget showed no data when we loaded it.

2UP's welcome offer is a first-deposit match, and the terms sit in a help-centre article dated September 1, 2026 rather than on the promotions grid, which showed no welcome tile when we loaded it on 2026-10-03. The article says the bonus is "generally 200%", capped at "generally $2,000", with a rollover that is "generally 35x unless otherwise stated", so a specific promo link can change the numbers. How the 200% first-deposit bonus works

You claim the bonus through an invitation code at registration or a landing page or promo link, make a qualifying deposit of at least $10, then contact live support and reply "Yes, I accept." before the team switches it on by hand. Do not start playing first:

Here is the math out loud. Deposit $100 and you get $200, so the rollover is ($100 + $200) × 35 = $10,500. Progress is not the same as turnover: casino bets count as turnover × house edge × 25, and sports bets as turnover × 3% × 15. On a slot with a 4% house edge, $1 staked earns $1 of progress, so you need about $10,500 in spins. On a 1% edge Original, $1 earns only $0.25, so the same target needs $42,000. Sports bets earn $0.45 per $1, roughly $23,300 of stakes. At a 4% edge, $10,500 of spins carries an expected loss of about $420, which is more than the $200 bonus.

The limits while you wager:

• Max bet: 5% of your deposit on casino games, capped at $10 (so $5 a spin on a $100 deposit), and 50% of your deposit per sports bet.
• Max cashout: 3x your deposit once the rollover is done, so a $100 deposit tops out at $300.
• Excluded: Bonus Buy, Accumulator Slots, OFA live casino and Pachinko or Pachislot games.
• Free spins: the article says the bonus "may contain Free Spins" but gives no number. The operator's Bitcointalk post of 2025-10-14 advertised 500, and we could not confirm that figure for today.

No expiry date is stated in the article.

Other 2UP promotions running now

The promotions page listed nine tiles on 2026-10-03. The ones you are most likely to use are Level Up Bonuses Supercharged 4X! (ends 2026-12-30), a VIP transfer offer worth up to $60,000 with a 10% XP target (ends 2027-03-30), and GO 2 GOALS UP for football bettors, which pays your bet early if your team leads by two goals (ends 2027-05-31). Provider events such as the Pragmatic Play Gates of Olympus 2500 network promotion run alongside weekly races, Originals tournaments and Drops & Wins. 2UP also advertises instant rakeback, weekly and monthly bonuses, loyalty reloads and lossback, but publishes no rates, so you cannot price them before you play.

2UP is a crypto-first cashier. Its promotions page named 15 coins on 2026-10-03: BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL, TRX, BNB, XRP, TON, AVAX, POL, LTC, DOGE, SHIB and PEPE. The same page says deposits and withdrawals are instant, that "only gas fees are incurred during transfers", and that you see the estimated gas fee before every withdrawal. Its VIP page reads differently: "Reach Gold VIP to receive a free weekly crypto withdrawal", and Emerald gets "daily no-fee crypto withdrawals", which implies a fee below those tiers that 2UP does not publish, so check the withdrawal screen before you confirm. You can switch on two-factor authentication for the account, which is worth doing on any site that holds your coins.

What the operator does not publish matters too. We found no list of networks per coin, so check the deposit screen before you send USDT or USDC on a chain the site may not credit. The general minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal were not on the pages we read; the only stated minimum is the $10 qualifying deposit for the welcome bonus. The homepage also carries a withdrawal-speed widget, but it showed no data when we loaded it, so it tells you nothing yet.

Fiat routes and the per-wager payout cap

2UP is not crypto-only. Its Terms of Service let you "deposit crypto or fiat currency" (§2.2.1) and say cards are used to exchange fiat into crypto inside the site (§2.4.10), and the homepage says "Local payment supported." Players on Bitcointalk describe Indonesian rupiah deposits through QRIS, and an operator reply on Trustpilot mentions PIX withdrawal details for Brazil. The help-centre article How do I deposit fiat currency, dated September 1, 2026, lists 15 fiat currencies via bank transfers and e-wallets: CNY, EUR, JPY, THB, VND, PHP, MYR, IDR, BRL, CLP, INR, RUB, COP, MXN and PEN. EUR and JPY are on that list, but the same page says "Soon, we expect to support EUR (Euro) and JPY", so confirm those two first. The article also warns that a fiat gateway "may still trigger a separate identity verification (KYC) required only by that third-party payment provider". Confirm the method in the cashier before you count on one.

The one hard limit we found is per wager, not per withdrawal. The help-centre Bet & Payout Limits article, dated September 1, 2026, sets a maximum bet of $100,000 and a maximum payout of $100,000 per wager across Originals, slots and live casino. The cap is enforced automatically on Originals and manually on third-party games, and the article warns that "excess winnings may be removed" from a bet over the limit. If you play high-volatility slots at big stakes, that ceiling is the number to know. No daily, weekly or monthly withdrawal cap is published.

Does 2UP require KYC? What happens in practice

2UP does not ask normal players for ID. You register with an email, a username and a password (ToS §2.2.2), and you deposit and withdraw crypto without an upload step. That is why we rate it KYC Level 0.

Like every licensed operator, 2UP keeps the right to check accounts. This is the standard anti-money-laundering clause a licence requires, and it reads the same way at almost every crypto casino:

That is licence boilerplate, not a description of what happens to you at the cashier. The ToS also asks you to give your legal name at signup and says 2UP "may act to check the accuracy" of what you provide (§2.2.4), and it allows one account per household, IP address and device (§3). The written AML/CTF policy is broader on paper: §3.3 lists ID and address proof "3.3.1. When Customer deposits any amount" and "3.3.2. When Customer proposes to withdraw". That is the same licence boilerplate, and the practice record below is what decides our level.

What matters is practice. On 2026-10-03 we read all 32 Trustpilot reviews, the operator's Bitcointalk announcement thread, a Bitcointalk complaint thread and the AskGamblers review, and found no routine-user report of an ID request at an ordinary withdrawal. Players describe withdrawals landing in minutes with no KYC mentioned. Two disputed accounts did involve ID checks: a Trustpilot reviewer wrote on 2025-08-17 that he was "verified with ID, yet my withdrawal was 'under review' for weeks… locked my account", and in a Casino Guru complaint over €41,000 the player wrote "kyc passed 6-7 months ago"; Casino Guru closed that case on 21 Aug 2026 as an "Unjustified complaint". 2UP's own Trustpilot company blurb says "standard account details are confirmed at withdrawal" (an operator statement). A Bitcointalk thread from February 2026 over roughly $41,000 is about multi-accounting: the operator says the player ran multiple accounts and cites deposits of $56,985 against withdrawals of $91,295. That is a fraud investigation, and it does not describe ID checks for regular players.

Be honest with yourself about the edges, though: no-KYC rarely means never. If your account looks linked to another, your play pattern trips an AML flag, or you claim bonuses across several accounts, expect questions. Play one account, from your own device, and you match the routine players in our reading, none of whom reported a document request.

The payout test

We have not run our own payout test yet — here is what third parties measure. 2UP itself calls withdrawals instant. AskGamblers lists a withdrawal time of 0 to 96 hours, says the operator aims to process within two business days, and still names slow withdrawals as a con (read 2026-10-03). Player reports on Trustpilot lean fast: one Polish player wrote in mid-2026 that a 50-euro withdrawal "arrived in a few minutes", and a review from 2025-12-05 describes a payout in under 30 minutes. On Bitcointalk, a player said his first withdrawal in mid-2025 was "so slow" before it was approved. So expect minutes on a small crypto cashout most of the time, and allow for a manual review on larger or unusual ones. 2UP says it hosts 7,300+ casino games from more than 60 providers, naming Evolution, NetEnt and Play'n GO, on its promotions page as of 2026-10-03. Those are operator figures; we did not count the lobby ourselves. The site also runs a sportsbook, so you can switch between slots and betting from one balance.

Slots, live tables and the sportsbook

By the operator's breakdown, slots make up about 6,700 of the titles, and the live casino has over 350 tables, including 40 blackjack tables, 35 roulette options and 30 baccarat variants. The promotions grid on 2026-10-03 carried provider events from JDB, Hacksaw, Ezugi and Pragmatic Play, which is a fair sign of who supplies the lobby. If you want to clear the welcome bonus, remember that Bonus Buy and Accumulator Slots are excluded and casino bets are capped at $10 while you wager.

The sportsbook covers 30+ sports plus virtual sports, and the esports list includes CS2, Dota 2, League of Legends, Valorant, FIFA and NBA 2K. Read the Trustpilot complaints before you bet small markets: at least two one-star reviews from 2026 describe winning bets voided as "minor league" events.

One warning. 2UP's own marketing copy says you can play "with or without a VPN connection" and that VPN access helps players in restricted locations. Its Terms of Service bar the same countries (§2.1.3), and playing from a restricted country breaks the terms and can cost you a withdrawal. Do not rely on a VPN to get around the list.

Provably fair Originals and how to check them

2UP's in-house Originals are Crash, Dice, Plinko, Coin Flip, Limbo and Keno, and the operator says they "support provably fair verification through blockchain hashes", with RTP of up to 99.5%. Provably fair covers these Originals only, not third-party slots or live tables, which rely on the providers' own RNG certification. 2UP says its RNG is certified by testing agencies but names no lab, so we cannot point you to a certificate.

The usual way to check an Original works like this: before you bet, the game shows a hashed server seed; you set or note your client seed; each bet uses a nonce that counts up. When you rotate seeds, the old server seed is revealed, and you can hash it yourself to confirm it matches what you were shown, then rerun a bet through the published formula. 2UP's provably fair overview describes this method: a SHA-256-hashed server seed shown before play, a client seed you can change, and a nonce that starts at 0.

2UP offers live chat from the "Live Support" link in the site menu, and the operator says it runs 24/7. AskGamblers reports that an AI agent answers first and hands you to a human if you ask (read 2026-10-03). For email, the site footer lists support@2up.org, while the Anjouan registry record shows support@2up.io, so use the footer address and keep a copy of anything important. There is also a help centre in eight languages, including English, Brazilian Portuguese, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Spanish and Vietnamese, plus Telegram, X, Instagram and Facebook channels. The operator says it drops bonus codes on Telegram three times a day.

Live chat matters more here than at most sites, because you cannot activate the welcome bonus without it. Have your deposit transaction ready, ask for the bonus in one message, and wait for the "Yes, I accept." prompt before you place a bet.

What the complaint record shows

The public record is mixed. Trustpilot showed a 3.0 TrustScore from 32 reviews on 2026-10-03, with 35% five-star and 56% one-star ratings. The profile says 2UP replied to 28% of negative reviews and typically takes over a month to reply. The one-star themes are sports bets voided as "minor league" (January and August 2026), an account closed after a big win, a $10 sign-up bonus that was not credited, and a few RTP and support complaints. In the account-closure case the operator says it found multi-accounting, and Casino Guru's page confirms the outcome: the €41,000 complaint was closed on 21 Aug 2026 as an "Unjustified complaint" after the casino showed linked accounts on the same device. Several September 2026 five-star reviews are invited reviews with near-identical operator replies, so weigh them lightly.

AskGamblers rated 2UP 6.6/10 with no complaints filed when we read it. On Bitcointalk, the February 2026 dispute over about $41,000 shows no public outcome on either of the thread's two pages; on page 1 the player denies the multi-accounting finding. None of this proves 2UP refuses honest players, but it is a reason to keep your play simple: one account, no bonus stacking, and screenshots of every large win.

2UP is a solid pick if you want a large crypto casino and sportsbook with no ID step in normal use. You sign up with an email, choose from 15 coins, get withdrawals the promotions page says cost only gas fees (the VIP page implies a fee below Gold), and play a lobby the operator puts at 7,300+ games with six provably fair Originals, all under an Anjouan licence that read VALID on 2026-10-03. What holds it back is the welcome bonus: 200% up to $2,000 sounds big, but 35x on deposit plus bonus, a $10 max bet, a 3x-deposit cashout cap and manual activation through live chat make it a grind that costs more in expected losses than it pays. The complaint record is split too, with voided small-market sports bets and slow replies on Trustpilot. Skip 2UP if you live in a country on either restricted list, if you mainly bet minor leagues, or if you want a bonus you can clear quickly.
